Download Acronis Quick Assist
Use the button above to get Quick Assist from Acronis. It is a small app — no account and no permanent install required.
Open the app
Run the downloaded file. Quick Assist opens and shows a connection ID and a one-time password on your screen.
Read us the ID and password
Tell your BH Consulting technician the ID and one-time password. You see everything that happens and can close the app to end the session.
Step by step
- Download Acronis Quick Assist using the button above.
- Open the downloaded file (Windows may ask you to confirm).
- Wait a moment for the app to show your connection ID and one-time password.
- Read both to your technician over the phone.
- Approve the connection request when it appears.
- Close Quick Assist when the session is finished — the password stops working.
You stay in control
Acronis Cyber Protect Connect is the remote support application underneath. These instructions do not enable permanent or unattended access — the one-time password only works for the session you start, and you approve each connection on your own screen.
