Device-based managed IT pricing

Any Windows, macOS or Linux desktop or laptop enrolled in monitoring with our agent installed and covered by the plan baseline.

MSP Essentials is a flat $495/month package covering 3 managed Windows/macOS workstations, up to 2 standard network-connected printers or plotters, 1 unmanaged network switch, 1 Wi-Fi access point and 1 simple business router. Above 3 workstations the rate for your tier applies to every managed workstation: at 6 workstations all six are billed at $145 each.

MSP Essentials includes up to 2 standard network-connected plotters or printers at no extra recurring charge. Additional devices are $20 per device per month. Consumables, manufacturer repair, print management, specialty drivers/software and onsite hardware service are excluded unless separately ordered.

MSP Essentials includes 1 unmanaged network switch, 1 Wi-Fi access point and 1 simple business router at no extra recurring charge. Beyond that allowance: additional managed switches are $45/month each, additional Wi-Fi access points $25/month each, and any firewall, advanced security gateway or advanced router is $125/month each. Managed switching, advanced firewall/security features, network configuration projects, structured cabling and onsite installation are not included.

MSP Essentials includes 4 hours of covered remote support per calendar month; larger plans include the hours stated in your quote. Beyond the included hours, covered remote work is billed at the reduced managed-client rate of $125/hour in 15-minute increments instead of the standard $165/hour rate — always reviewed and confirmed with you first, never charged automatically. Unused hours do not carry over. Projects, migrations, user onboarding, after-hours work and partner-coordinated onsite visits are quoted separately and do not draw down the allowance.

BH Consulting, Inc. provides remote managed IT services only and does not directly perform onsite work. If a visit is needed we may, at your request and subject to availability, arrange a qualified independent local technician. Dispatch requires your approval of an estimate first and is billed separately — labor, travel, parts, taxes and vendor charges are not covered by your monthly fee, and availability, timing, scope, pricing and workmanship vary. Onsite dispatch is not available yet; approved partners have not been activated.

After your agreement is reviewed and a payment method is on file. A payment processor must be connected before any charge can be made.

ACH bank debit is preferred and has no processing surcharge — $495/month stays $495/month. Eligible credit cards may carry a surcharge that never exceeds the lesser of BH Consulting, Inc.'s actual cost of acceptance or 3.0%; at 3.0% a $495.00 subscription totals $509.85 per month. Debit and prepaid cards are never surcharged, and both totals are shown before you authorize anything. No processor is connected yet, so no bank account or card can be stored today.
